My team has been receiving training from Linda Kane on software, proper notes, what is needed to successfully submit claims to insurance, and better verbiage to help patients accept treatment and have realistic expectations about their dental insurance plans. I’ve watched some of the training and I’m in awe of how Linda communicates and teaches.
