The team at Zeroed-In feels this could be the best option to add onto our base services. As a doctor or practice owner, you know a steady flow of income is essential to your practice. In our base services we are getting the insurance taken care of, but what about the patient portion?
If your front desk is busy answering the phones, doing financial arrangements/consults, checking patients in & out, working your recall program and keeping that schedule full – then very easily the statements will be forgotten or at the least – delayed. Sometimes out of sight – out of mind.
The alternative is to allow Zeroed-In to send a statement to your patient the moment we post that insurance payment! Ta Dah! Statement Sent.

Total Accounts Receivable – Patient Billing
This service is billed as an add-on to Dental Insurance Billing
We know it’s challenging to keep a well-trained staff in place. Don’t stress, we can take care of your total patient billing! Zeroed-In will send statements for your practice electronically from your software & your 3rd party software. We will send a total of 4 statements. There will be 3 points of contact in between the statements. First, a text, then an email, then a letter. We will gladly provide the letter to use.
Over the course of those 90-120 days, we will make a total of 7 contacts to attempt to collect funds outstanding. Detailed contact logs will be placed in your software to show action taken on each account. When necessary, we will refer back to the office any accounts deemed uncollectable.
