Post Insurance Payments Daily & assure we balance at End of Day, daily
Research outstanding claims every 10 days for claims outstanding over 30 days. We keep over 90 days claims at a bare minimum – or ZERO!

Ideal for offices with less than $40,000 in collections
per month
Ideal for offices with collections ranging from $40,000 to $100,000
of total insurance collections
Ideal for offices with collections ranging from $100,000 to $150,000
*first $100,000 is at 3.5%, the amount over $100,000 is at 3.0%
Ideal for offices with collections over $150,000
*over $150,000 - first 100k is invoiced at 3.50%, the amount from 100-150 is invoiced at 3% and the amount over 150k is invoiced at 2.5%
